Market Stall Applications

Welcome to the Raindance Festival 2026 Market Stall Application. Raindance Festival will take place over the Halloween weekend, and we are now accepting applications for market stalls, retail stalls, art stalls, clothing stalls, food stalls, and other suitable vendors. Please complete this form with as much detail as possible. All applications will be reviewed by the festival team, and successful applicants will be contacted with confirmation and payment details.

Important information: The market stall fee is $300. This fee includes entry for two approved stall workers only. Any additional staff required for your food stall must be approved by the festival team and will incur an additional staff pass fee. All stalls must provide a heavy-duty marquee, clear stall signage, visible pricing, public liability insurance, and any relevant permits, registrations, or approvals required to trade. Food stalls must also provide any relevant food permits, registrations, or approvals required to operate. Power is available at an additional cost; if you require power, you must provide accurate details of every appliance or piece of equipment that will be plugged in.
